For example, you may elect to receive email updates about developments regarding Anavex’s products and/or services or about health-related specific topics (e.g. to receive email updates about therapeutic candidates for CNS disorders like Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and Rett syndrome) by completing the relevant “Join our mailing list” electronic form on our website. If you decide, at any later time, that you no longer wish to receive such email communications from us, you may unsubscribe to any such contact list by using the relevant “Unsubscribe” link within the respective electronic communications channel, or by sending us an email entitled “Unsubscribe from email updates” at ir@anavex.com.
Links to Other Sites. Anavex Life Sciences Corp has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site. Your linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk. Once you link to another site, please be sure to review the legal notice and privacy policy of the new site. Governing Law. This agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Manhattan, New York County, the state of New York, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your access to or use of the Site and this agreement. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of the Site must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued.
Modification of Agreement. Anavex Life Sciences Corp may, at any time, revise the Terms and Conditions governing the access and use of the Site. All revisions to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Site. You are bound by any such revisions and should, therefore, periodically review the Terms and Conditions posted to the Site.
