Dr. Durrant is currently Worldwide Vice President of Virology Global Strategic Marketing at Johnson & Johnson. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Durrant was CEO of Pediamed Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Durrant’s background also includes executive-level positions with Merck & Co., GlaxoSmithKline and Pharmacia (now Pfizer). He was a 2005 Ernst & Young Healthcare “Entrepreneur of the Year” and named one of the “100 most inspiring leaders in the pharmaceutical industry” by PharmaVoice. Dr. Durrant holds a MBA from Henley Management College at Oxford and a MD from the Welsh National School of Medicine in Cardiff, U.K.
Alison Ayers, M.Sc.

Ms. Ayers is currently the Worldwide Commercial Head for Oncology at Pfizer (NYSE: PFE), with responsibility for Pfizer’s oncology portfolio, which includes more than 20 drug candidates in clinical development, as well as lifecycle optimization for their leading oncology treatments including Sutent. In addition, she is a member of the leadership team that develops Pfizer’s oncology strategic plan and which manages the portfolio, including asset prioritization, development planning, strategic and investment decisions including licensing and acquisitions. She is also responsible for the commercial strategy for Pfizer’s oncology department, which had sales of over $2 billion in 2007. She holds a Master of Science with distinction in biopharmacy and a Diploma in Business Studies, both from the University of London, UK, as well as a Bachelor of Science with honors in physiology and biochemistry from the University of Southampton, UK.
David L. Tousley, CPA, MBA

Mr. Tousley is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of senior-level experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceuticals and full-phase pharmaceutical companies. He is currently serving as a financial consultant specializing in strategic planning and management, corporate governance and business development. Mr. Tousley has over 25 years of senior-level experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceuticals and full-phase pharmaceutical companies. He has held the position of President, COO and CFO at companies including airPharma, PediaMed Pharmaceuticals, AVAX Technologies, and Pasteur, Merieux, Connaught, (known today as Sanofi-Pasteur). During his career, Mr. Tousley has led all aspects of operations, including pharmaceutical development, in both the private and public company environment. His accomplishments include the raising over $90 million in debt and equity financings and he has led key business development activities, including joint ventures, partnerships, acquisitions and divestitures in the U.S., Europe and Australia.Mr. Tousley holds an MBA in accounting from Rutgers Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in English from Rutgers College, both in New Jersey.
Harvey Lalach

For the past 21 years, Harvey Lalach has been involved in various aspects of the securities industry. From 1986 through to 1997, he held various roles in financial institutions such as TD Bank and BMO Nesbitt Burns. For the past 10 years, Mr. Lalach has focused exclusively on the operation and administration of numerous start-up American and Canadian public companies, serving in both Director and Officer capacities. Mr. Lalach has extensive experience in the management and governance of publicly listed companies.
